How your preparation works, step by step
The six steps we follow from your first call with us to exam day.
Diagnostic test
We start with a diagnostic test that pins down your level and your strengths and weaknesses in Quant, Verbal and Data Insights.
Your goal and plan
We build a study plan around your target score and application deadlines, taking into account your level and the time you have.
Topics and strategy
We work through each section's question types in a set order, with a clear method for Problem Solving, Critical Reasoning, Reading Comprehension and the Data Insights question types.
Learning from your error log
We look at why you got each question wrong, record recurring patterns in an error log and aim your homework at those weak spots.
Practice-test reviews
Regular practice tests measure your progress. We analyse the results section by section and look at pacing and accuracy together.
Getting ready for exam day
Before the exam, we work on your section order, time management and exam-day strategy, so that you can use what you know when it counts.
What do we measure?
Counting the questions you have answered is not enough. Looking at timing, the causes of your mistakes and your section scores together lets us update your plan far more accurately.
Section scores over time
As well as your total, we track Quant, Verbal and Data Insights separately to see which section is getting closer to your target.
Time per question
How quickly you decide matters as much as accuracy. Pacing data shows which question types are eating up your time.
Why you got it wrong
We sort your mistakes by cause: a gap in a topic, a calculation slip, a misreading, poor elimination or time pressure.
Whether revision is working
We check whether the same mistakes keep coming back and set homework that aims to fix them for good, rather than just piling on questions.

No exaggerated promises
We don't guarantee scores or quote made-up success rates. Your progress depends on your starting level, how consistently you study and how much time you put in.
Small groups, close attention
No more than 6 students in a group class, so everyone gets enough attention and feedback.
The current GMAT syllabus
Everything we teach follows the current GMAT format, which has no Sentence Correction and includes Data Insights.
