1. General

By using this website (gmatcourses.net), you agree to the terms below. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Services

GMAT Courses provides educational services for GMAT preparation, including:

  • One-to-one private lessons
  • Group courses
  • Online study materials, practice tests and the question bank

3. Registration and accounts

You must give accurate, up-to-date information when you register. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

4. Payment

  • All prices are as listed on this website, in euros.
  • Payment is due before the service begins.
  • Payments are processed securely by card via Stripe.
  • The group course can be paid in one go or in 2 monthly instalments: the first when you enrol and the second a month later, from the same card.
  • Practice tests you buy stay available on your account for 12 months from the date of purchase. When they come with a tutoring package or a course, the 12 months start on the day they are unlocked on your account.
  • The question bank is a one-off payment: it stays open for 4 months from the day you buy it, and nothing renews automatically.
  • Every sale on this website is made under the Pre-contract Information and the Terms of Sale, both accepted at checkout. Your right of withdrawal and the refund terms are set out there in full.

5. Refund policy

Under our satisfaction guarantee:

  • One-to-one lessons: if you are not satisfied after the first lesson, the lesson fee is refunded in full.
  • Group course: if you are not satisfied within the first week, the course fee is refunded in full. After the first week, group course fees are not refunded. Each group is built around its enrolled students: the class size, the tutor and the timetable are set for them, and when one student leaves, the course changes for everyone else in the group. This does not affect your legal right to withdraw within 14 days of payment: if you withdraw in that period after lessons have started, the lessons already held are charged in proportion to the course and the rest is refunded.
  • Lesson packages: You can cancel a lesson package at any time. Lessons already given are charged at the single-lesson price and the rest is refunded. The first-lesson guarantee applies on top.
  • Practice tests and question bank included with the group course: the question bank unlocks on your account once the first week of the course is over, and the practice tests on the day of the last topic lesson. They do not unlock if the course fee is refunded in full within the first week.
  • Ultimate Package: the practice tests and question bank it includes unlock on your account the moment you pay. If you ask for a refund, the list prices, on the day you bought the package, of those you have used are deducted from what we return.
  • AI Tutor time: digital content, sold in 30-minute blocks and added to your account as soon as the payment goes through. Minutes you do not use stay there for your next practice tests.
  • Practice tests, question banks and AI Tutor time are digital content. You can ask for a refund of a digital product you have not used within 14 days of the payment date. A product counts as used once any practice test in the pack has been started, any question in a paid section of the question bank has been opened, or any second of AI Tutor time has been used; a used product is not refunded.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, images and study materials) belongs to GMAT Courses and is protected by copyright. Unauthorised copying, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.

7. User obligations

  • Do not provide false or misleading information
  • Do not infringe the rights of others
  • Do not share study materials without permission
  • Do not engage in activity that could damage the site

8. Limitation of liability

GMAT Courses does not guarantee any particular GMAT score. Exam results depend on the student's study discipline and individual factors; our services aim to help students reach their full potential.

9. Cancellations and rescheduling

  • Individual lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 3 hours' notice.
  • Cancellations with less than 3 hours' notice are charged in full and not refunded.
  • If the lesson fee is not paid at least 3 hours before the lesson, the lesson is cancelled automatically.
  • Lessons cancelled by the tutor are always made up.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice. Changes take effect when published on this website.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute.
