1. General

By using this website (gmatcourses.net), you agree to the terms below. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Services

GMAT Courses provides educational services for GMAT preparation, including:

  • One-to-one private lessons
  • Group courses
  • Online study materials, practice tests and the question bank
  • Consultation services

3. Registration and accounts

You must provide accurate, current information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

4. Payment

  • All prices are as listed on this website, in US dollars.
  • Payment is due before the service begins.
  • Payments are processed securely by card via Stripe.
  • Contact us about instalment options.

5. Refund policy

Under our satisfaction guarantee:

  • One-to-one lessons: if you are not satisfied after the first lesson, the lesson fee is refunded in full.
  • Group course: if you are not satisfied within the first week, the course fee is refunded in full.
  • After those periods, a partial refund may be issued for unused lessons.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, images and study materials) belongs to GMAT Courses and is protected by copyright. Unauthorised copying, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.

7. User obligations

  • Do not provide false or misleading information
  • Do not infringe the rights of others
  • Do not share study materials without permission
  • Do not engage in activity that could damage the site

8. Limitation of liability

GMAT Courses does not guarantee any particular GMAT score. Exam results depend on the student's study discipline and individual factors; our services aim to help students reach their full potential.

9. Cancellations and rescheduling

  • Individual lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full.
  • Lessons cancelled by the tutor are always made up.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice. Changes take effect when published on this website.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute.
