2. Main characteristics of the products and services

• GMAT private lessons: live, online one-to-one lessons of 90 minutes with a tutor. You can buy 1 to 10 lessons in one payment, or a 10- or 20-lesson package; the number of lessons is shown in the order summary.
• GMAT Ultimate Package (50 lessons): 50 private lessons plus 20 GMAT practice tests and the GMAT Question Bank (Full Access, 4 months). The practice tests and the question bank unlock on your account as soon as the payment goes through.
• GMAT group course: 72 hours of live, online group lessons over 16 weeks, on a fixed timetable (Saturdays and Sundays, 13:00–16:30 (Istanbul time)). It includes 20 GMAT practice tests and the GMAT Question Bank (Full Access). Lessons are recorded, and recordings can be watched for 14 days.
• GMAT practice tests: digital tests sold singly or in packs of 5, 10 and 20. You choose the tests for your pack on the checkout page; tests already on your account cannot be chosen again. Each test can be taken up to twice and stays available for 12 months from the day it unlocks on your account.
• GMAT Question Bank: the Quant QBank, Verbal QBank and Full Access plans, which are digital content. Each is a one-off payment; the plan stays open for 4 months from the payment and does not renew automatically.
• AI Tutor time: AI-assisted voice lessons on your practice-test mistakes, which are digital content, sold in 30-minute blocks. Minutes you do not use stay on your account.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros, converted from the US dollar list price at the current exchange rate. The amount in the order summary on the checkout page is the total price, including any taxes, and is the amount charged; nothing is added at payment. Payment is taken by card through Stripe; your card details are never passed to or stored by the seller. An invoice is sent to your email address. Only the group course can be paid in instalments: the first of 2 instalments when you enrol and the second a month later, from the same card and at the exchange rate of the first payment; for that, the card is kept by Stripe.

4. Performance and delivery

• Private lessons take place online on the days and at the times agreed with you.
• Group course lessons take place online on the days and at the times in the course timetable.
• The practice tests and question bank of the Ultimate Package unlock on your account as soon as the payment goes through.
• The question bank included with the group course unlocks once the first week of the course is over, and the practice tests on the day of the last topic lesson.
• Practice tests, question bank plans and AI Tutor time unlock on, or are added to, your account as soon as the payment goes through.
• Digital products are attached to the account you are signed in to when you pay, and are used on this website in a current web browser.

5. Right of withdrawal

Lessons and the group course (services). You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the contract is concluded, which is the day you pay. To withdraw, tell us by a clear statement sent to info@testprepeurope.com; you may use the model withdrawal form in the Pre-contract Information, but you do not have to. Sending your statement before the period ends is enough. At checkout you ask for the service to start straight away. If lessons have already been given when you withdraw, you pay an amount in proportion to what was provided up to the moment you told us; once all the lessons you bought have been provided, the right of withdrawal is lost (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 14(3) and art. 16(a)). We refund what is due within 14 days of receiving your statement, to the card you paid with, at no cost to you.

Digital content. Practice tests, question bank plans, AI Tutor time, and the practice tests and question bank included in the Ultimate Package are supplied as soon as the payment goes through. At checkout you expressly request that access starts immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal: it ends when the content unlocks on, or is added to, your account (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)).

These rights are in addition to the satisfaction guarantee below, and do not affect your statutory rights if the content or a service is not as described.

6. Refunds and cancellations

• Private lessons: if you are not satisfied after the first lesson, the lesson fee is refunded in full. A scheduled lesson can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 3 hours before it starts; a lesson cancelled less than 3 hours before counts as given and is not refunded. Lessons cancelled by the tutor are always made up.
• Ultimate Package: on a refund, the list prices on the purchase date of the practice tests and question bank it includes are deducted from the amount paid.
• Group course: if you are not satisfied within the first week, the course fee is refunded in full; the included practice tests and question bank then do not unlock.
• Practice tests, question bank and AI Tutor time: once unlocked on, or added to, your account they cannot be withdrawn from or refunded.
• Any other request, unused lessons included, is considered individually.

Approved refunds are made through Stripe to the card used for the payment.

7. Complaints

Please send any complaint to info@testprepeurope.com or call +44 7862 610215. If we cannot resolve it, you may contact the consumer protection authority of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
